はてなブックマークのSSL対応 for WP Social Bookmarking Light

WP Social Bookmarking Lightプラグインを使って、SSLなページに使うと、はてなブックマークのでSSL warningを出してしまう。
はてなでは、6月12日にSSL対応の画像とjavascriptコードを提供しはしめた：

ので、これに対応するようWP Social Bookmarking Ligthを修正。
plugins/wp-social-bookmarking-light/modules/services.php  を編集
line86あたりから
